Brand Audit

A full review of your public presence: profiles, bios, links, content and messaging. You get a straight report on what is working, what is off brand, what is broken and what to fix first. No guessing, no vanity metrics.

Pillar Two

Direction

Creative direction for the whole engagement. Messaging, positioning, what gets built and in what order. I direct, you approve. Nothing gets built without a reason behind it.

Pillar Three

Build and Migration Support

I build it: websites, digital tools or apps, whatever the plan calls for. When there is an audience to move, I support the migration with a plan, announcement copy and a go-live timeline that does not lose people in the move.

Audit and Direction

The full brand audit, the findings report, and the build plan with priorities locked. Nothing gets built until the direction is approved.

Months 2 to 4

Build and Migration

The website, tools or apps take shape while your audience moves over in stages, with announcement copy and a go-live timeline.

Months 5 to 6

Launch and Handover

Launch in waves, bug fixes, admin walkthroughs and documentation, so you can run everything yourself when the engagement ends.

How is this different from hiring an agency?

You work directly with me, the person doing the work. No account managers, no handoffs, no junior team learning on your budget. Fourteen years of turning client ideas into finished work, all in one engagement.

Do I need a large audience for this to make sense?

No. The engagement fits established professionals with something to protect: a reputation, a client base, a community, a body of work. If you are starting from zero, the audit still tells you exactly where to begin.

Can I book just the brand audit?

The audit is the front door of the Cyclone Package. Right now the Cyclone Package is the way to work with me, and one-off services are available upon request. If you only need a single piece, ask in the free consultation.

How do we stay in touch during the six months?

One video call with a live demo every month, and one phone call every two weeks. You always see what is happening, and nothing moves without your approval.

What does the engagement cost?

The engagement runs on a monthly retainer, scoped in a written proposal after the free consultation. Every project is different, so pricing is set in the proposal, not on this page.

Who owns the finished work?

You do. Asset handoff is standard, and everything goes on a contract to protect both parties.
